How to Order

Step 1

Customer sent wholesale inquiry to info@fishbuff.com or WhatsApp at (+62) 821-3871-8445 with product requirements, quantity, company name and your location.

Step 2

We will check your order and send a performa invoice for customer's approval. Document will contains a list of payment (fish cost, freight cost, packing & shipping cost). We will work within 24 hours after receiving the inquiry details from customer.

Step 3

Customer confirm the order and we will start to prepare document for shipment, book space on the nearest arrival date and quarantine fish.

Freight charge

Freight charge are based on the actual price from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge asour profit.

Payment

We accepted online payment by card with VISA, MasterCard, and JCB logo. Payment will be billed in USD and automatically converted to IDR.
Bank transfer only available in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, NZD, and SGD.

Packaging

All speciments are packed in pressurised oxygenated double plastics bags. The bags are packed in polystyrolfoam boxes dimension.

Documents provided

Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment: Invoice, Packing List, Airway bill, Health Certificate (issued by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia) for Fish, Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Indonesia) for Aquatic Plants, and CITES permit (issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of Indonesia) for endangered species.
However in some countries may need more documents such as Certificate of origin or special declaration. Please inform us in advance.
