Our Website ServicesAll prices on fishbuff website (fishbuff.com), receipt, and all charges made by fishbuff are in American Dollar (USD). We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product DescriptionsWe strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided are taken as accurate as possible however we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product OrdersWhen you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, email address, and other details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
PaymentsWe support and accept payment by Paypal and debit or credit card with VISA, MasterCard, and American Express logo.
CryptocurrencyWe do also accepted Cryptocurrency for transactions which is provide by Coinbase Commerce as payment processor and merchant account provider.
Bank transferLocal bank transfer available in US, United Kingdom, Europe (inside EU and SEPA), Australia, New Zealand, Hungary, Canada, Singapore and Turkey. The payment amount will converted to customers' local currencies.
Shipping OrdersAll shipments for retail order will be done only through transhipper, based on the shipping schedule which provide by the transhipper to each destination country/ region. Shipping date will be informed and update periodically.

Cancelling OrdersThere are no order lines eligible for cancellation once the order already been packed and shipped.
Returns & ExchangesWe do not offer any returns or exchanges but we are happy to replace or refund of any orders that meet to our claims policy.
Claim OrdersAll claims of orders can be made at least 24 hours after package notified is received. Customer can submit their claim by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp through (+62) 821-3871-8445.
Dead on Arrival (D.O.A)In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must ensure to contact us within 24 hours of it's arrival. Any claims after this will not be honoured.
In case of D.O.A, please sent us a clear picture of the dead fish with unopened bag. Customers can submit their claim and choose for request money back or asking for replacement.
These claims containing losses that occur because of the discrepancy over the item that result customers loss or dissatisfaction. In this case customer is obliged to explain his loss or dissatisfaction.
If eligible, you are entitled to a refund of the full price you paid for the item.
The buyer is prohibited to report complaints to any media. The warranty is void if the buyer does a negative campaign.Warranty void if the package retains by the custom by more than 3 (three) days.
RefundRefund only can be done to every submitted claims that meet to our claims policy. Any eligible claims will entitled for full refund.
Every refund in case of claims will be returned to the initial funding source only.
